Chinatown, San Francisco, CA

Very cool area, lots of people speaking chinese of course...but once you go into a shop or up to a booth they switch over to english. About three restaurants per block too!

It really is an amazing place to visit. I was surprised at how small the prison structure itself actually is, though.

The town of Grand Marais from Artist's Point...

It really is a very beautiful town, don't know if i could live there though...winters are VERY cold up there.

Artist's Point...

This used to be an island just off shore out in the lake. The corps of engineers built up a beach area out to it, and a break wall on the other side to protect the harbor from the storms.
